Quick snack Cucumber Appetizer


Ingredients:

Cucumber
1 onion
1 capsicum
1 tomato
Few tooth picks
Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Wash cucumber & other ingredients.
I didn’t peel the skin of the cucumber, but if you don’t it the skin, peel the skin & cut into few round shape slices.
Same manner, slice onion into rounds.
Slice tomato & capsicums.
Sprinkle some salt & pepper according to taste & mix all.
Arrange cucumber piece, onion round, tomato piece & a capsicums piece as in photos using a tooth pick.
