Egg Less Chocolate Ice Cream Recipes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 tbsps Cocoa powder
  • 250 gm unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
  • 250 ml Condensed milk
  • 250 ml Milk, boiled and cooled to room temperature
PREPERATION:
  • Pour half milk into a large saucepan and add cocoa and chocolate it. Heat the milk mixture over medium heat until steaming.
  • Put off the pan from the flame and add condensed milk by slow and continuous stirring. Whisk all together until blended.
  • Return the mixture to the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, until the back of the spoon is lightly coated ( 3 to 5 minutes).
  • Do not bring to a boil or the custard will curdle.
  • Strain the custard through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean large bowl.
  • Whisk in the remaining milk, cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least for 2 hours.
  • Now take out the chilled chocolate ice cream and put it in a blender and blend to a smooth paste and refrigerate.
  • Repeat the process for 2-3 times for a velvety chocolate ice cream.
  • Chill, scoop and serve.
